10,9,8...1 Push Press
1,2,3...10 Knees to elbows 

Begin WOD with 50 push-ups and end with 50 sit-ups.

  1. I'm going to use this one today at the Fort Jackson, SC Crossfit. Except Ill change it to 2,4,6,8...20 "V" ups since we don't have the ability yet for everyone to do K2E.
